Got this message this morning from Fordpass.....

Not sure what it's updated ? ?

Perhaps if you could take a couple of photos of the About Sync screen we may be able to spot the difference? (If any).

It's the first time I'm seeing vehicle is in deep sleep on the app too since this update

Mine’s sat at Liverpool airport all fine as far as I can see. App was updated last week I think.

This is what I got. All updated now. Just not sure what. Have checked the Sync screen and can't see anything different.

Was this just an update for the connect part of Sync? The website says there is still a 3.3gb update outstanding for mine

I had the same message as the op a couple of days ago. I'm puzzled as I have never connected my car to the home wifi; nor do I have a 4g subscription for the car. Do some updates come f.o.c. via 4g?

Maybe your mobile hotspot?

I believe it uses fordpass to connect to internet at times
