I had problems with usb-c in the arm rest, but the usb-a works fine for me

It may of been the usb sticks I tried that were the problem though

If you have a Mac (possibly just M1) you may have issues too (I had to use winzip rather than the built in extraction)

Some systems can be fussy regarding the way the USB is formatted. FAT32 or NTFS. Not sure how fussy the Ford is

I've also found a few cars that are happy with some USB sticks but can't read others. It's all a bit trial and error mostly unless you get lucky first time.

Will see if it’s downloaded correctly

There’s only one old style USB port. I think the one in the armrest is USBc?

I used the one at the front. It worked but was very hit and miss really. I’ve left it to Wi-Fi now whilst it’s sat on our drive.

Just checked mine again and I'm on 3.4 21020 for sync and F10 for maps. However the site says I need to update my maps with a 23.1gb download.

Mines the same, Ford support told me to ignore it until they sort things out

The only obvious changes in maps update F10, apart from latest maps, is in top r/hand corner when put in a destination you now get 3 options come up; Eco, Fastest or Shortest routes. I h as d similar problem being told i needed 23.1Gb update. But it wasn't needed. Was told, cant remember who by, that there was a server error. 2 weeks ago the message went off my account and now says all is up to date.
ST Line X, Vignale,155 Manual, Frozen White. All options.
