Yes and my last reading was just 33.3 mpg. Most trips are only 3 or 4 miles.
What MPG are you getting?
Short trips can't be regarded as a true reflection. Mixed trips will give a more accurate picture, also full tank to full tank from the same fuel pump will also give a more accurate picture.

My latest tank to tank reading with the petrol bought from the same garage. 46.25mpg which is a 3mpg increase on the previous fill.

I'm currently getting 56mpg , only done 4231 miles so hopefully get better, I also have a TDI tuning box ,puts power from 123 to 153hp.

My fuel report is showing 30mpg currently, and it's probably correct

Mine is only on its 2nd tank of fuel and is getting 38+, the app said 41 in my first month, but that included a few longer trips.
It will be interesting if anything changes once fuel starts to change to 10% Ethanol later this year. Apparently Ford have been
using this fuel for a few years in the test labs aready, so Puma's would have been tested with it.
