I put this on another thread but thought it might get missed so I've put it here aswell. Just a bit of info...

So after doing a little research and talking to my dealer because I'm a geek like that, if anyone is thinking of ordering one, order a first edition. The finance on a first edition is 1.2% apr and 12k final option/trade in price. To spec a 'normal' edition to the same spec is 1.9% apr and final option/trade in price is 10k. Massive difference to your monthly payments πŸ‘πŸ‘

Or spec a normal edition to the spec you want and forget the unnecessary options that the First Edition has to offer ;)

Very true but if you want the added options minus say the led lights (Β£800) it would still work out cheaper to get the first editionπŸ‘
The first edition pack is Β£2300, the difference in final option is 2k, the difference is 0.7% apr on 24k which is about Β£600 over 3 years so actually you are saving Β£300 for all those added extras.
The added options on the first edition suited me though 😊😊

ST Line X with all the extras to bring it up to 1st ed plus spec MGFV is Β£10,661.00, actual first ed + MGFV is Β£12,374. With a Β£6k deposit, through Ford website monthly payment is Β£343 on ST Line X plus extras, same deposit on a 1st ed + on Carwow I can get it for Β£210.

Helpful πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I priced up an st line x with all the first edition plus extras on carwow with no deposit and it came out at Β£355 per month. Did the same with the st line x first edition plus and it came out at Β£300 per month. Both with the 155ps engine
