Heard from Ford Customer Service today and the car is now off to a different garage to be ‘fixed’. Seemingly 2 different problems that the garage I got the car from can’t fix. Doesn’t sound good. Said I would receive a full details of faults by email but nothing yet
Update from Ford Customer Service. They
Are saying it is a faulty central processing unit that’s causing all the problems and had been causing the battery to drain.. part ordered so fingers crossed we will get the bottom of this now

We have a result! After weeks and weeks of not having the car and with the parts on back order we have successfully sent a letter rejecting the car and it has been accepted. A replacement car has been ordered. Please say your prayers for me that this one actually works!
