Feeling let down a bit by the ford brand, Got my 70 plate Puma 125bhp mild hybrid st-line white back in Dec 2020, I to have had all the battery probs on the app deep sleep etc, Had it booked in last jan they had it in all day at skippers middlesbrough, They said battery was fine an it only needed an update on the system now I haven't had any notifications from the app to date, So I'm thinking they just turned it off on the app!
I've also had the drivers seat pad replaced under warranty as I could feel a wire sticking out from the front right wing of the seat.
Also after reading on here about paint peeling off around bottom of doors, After washing car for first time I to have paint flaking off all 4 doors, body shop manager took pics and sent off to ford and was told its under investigation that was about a month ago, My car has been in the body shop since march 1st they said 3 days approx, I called garage last friday and was told its turned out to be a bigger job than expected and they hope to have it ready for wed 10 march.
I have mentioned to them that there is a 5-6mm gap between body kit an the sills this is where all the road dirt an stones are getting in an doing the damage-personally I feel its a very bad design, When I took car in for paintwork I asked if they had any feedback from ford-No not yet still investigating and the chap added yours isn't the only one-There's probably 100s out there that will need doors painting!!!

Sorry to hear this, I've just got mine back after 8 days. All 4 mouldings were replaced. The lads in the workshop said it was a nightmare of a job, impossible to remove without damaging them.
