Guten tag..... Welcome along. How are you guys in Germany with the overall build quality of the Puma? All my previous Fords were German built. There is a big difference.

@Sparks I am a member in several forums and own one myself. depending which German Puma forum you mean yes.

@Wdf76 yes I noticed some quality issues, but one can overdo it. I always do a test drive with a car I like to buy, hence I know what I am buying. When picking up I make my way around the car with someone from the dealer, any items can be noted and with a repair date everything is done. OK, heated windshield can only be claimed when its frosty outside, but you have a warrenty, so what should I discuss. Claim it at the dealership and get it repaired. Others make a big deal out each and every isse. Certainly itsurely is not nice but all complaining does not help to eliminate the quirk as long as you have warrenty. mistakes happen everywhere. Whining at a high level

I agree with you @puma-driver but we have seen some really obvious faults on UK cars that should not have got past factory QC.

I understand that Puma is a new model and there will always be technical and component issues. These should be rectified as production progresses.

There is however, no real excuse for panel alignment, paint, rattles etc that we have seen.

I had one of the first ones, paint and panel alignment were NOK.
a week later it was fixed.
fully with you, that shouldn't happen as production continues to be more stable.

rattles? haven't heard of that issue yet.

But I think we are off topic meanwhile 8-)

Yes, but don't worry about that on this forum. We are very relaxed. 😂
