Just Ordered

Hi all,

Nice to meet you all, I have recently joined and today have ordered the following spec:

Ford Puma ST Line X
1.0 155ps
Solar Silver
Drivers Assistant Pack
Powered tailgate

One question I have is on my order form it says after powered tailgate, keyless entry and start. Is this just for the tailgate or does this include keyless entry via door handles?
It's a factory order so got to wait a while!!

Welcome.
You get keyless entry via door handles....
The good thing is that the Puma passed the Thatcham test for keyless theft with flying colours. The keys switch off if not moved for 40 seconds rendering the potential thieves relay gadgets useless. You also have to be within about 5 feet of the vehicle for them to work keyless.

Solar silver is my favourite colour. Had I factory ordered I would have chosen that. I'd like to see one with a black roof.

How long a wait do you have? There's plenty of info on here to pass the time.

Excellent! This is the first Ford that we have had with keyless so a nice plus! I think it's around 12 weeks..... Hopefully sooner tho it's along wait when the new car excitement has kicked in!!

I can't do factory orders....I'm not that patient.

Once ordered it has to be a max of two weeks before I get my hands on it. When they told originally that it would be a 3 month wait, even my Wife told the sales rep that he had no chance of selling one....

I didn't have a choice with the options we have added. They did have a desert island blue which I would have considered but the solar silver is very nice and rareer to I think.

Had a call today to say end of October for delivery!! It has left the factory and on its way to the UK. This month is going to go very slow!!
