Having owned a Ford for pretty much over 30 years - Fiesta Mk1 to a 2014 Focus, now owning a ST Line X 22 plate.

Hoping I can learn about the issues with Fordplay here - and share some knowledge of return :)

Welcome Comms,
same here, all the Fiestas except mk 2, now on an EcoSport ST line 144ps and waiting for my Puma. Never had a bad Ford, stick with what you know and like.

Welcome.
You won't get much feedback on Ford Play here....Puma's don't have rear entertainment screens fitted AFAIK.

I have two Fords - my Puma and a Mk1 Cortina 1500 Deluxe pre-aeroflow(1964).
By the way, it is pre-aeroflow and not pre-airflow - common and understandable mistake - I was there (showing my age now!).
