Hi Everyone,
I've just taken delivery of my one year old Puma ST Line X in white.
I've got a problem with paint coming off on all four lower doors (the white painted parts.

Does anyone recommend a Ford dealership in Leicester/Derby or close surrounding areas to LE67?

Love the car just paintwork tainted it a little.

Is it like this? If so then it’s a known issue. I’ve had mine back three times now and decided Ford were the best option. They are now going to liaise with the dealership when I eventually get it booked in.

Yes exactly the same on all fours doors.
Just need a good recommended Ford dealership to get it booked in with.

Sorry I can’t help you there but just wanted to know if it was the same.

I had the same on all four doors. Three seem fine now after being touched up but the drivers door flaked off in a different spot.

Do you know if it's just white that has the issue or all colours?
Didn't know if Ford would paint the parts or replace them?

I have it on mine (White) as well. I don't think the paint has adhered properly to the plastic door edging. I'm leaving mine until August service and the dealer can sort it.
It's easy enough for DIY, but, I'll let them at it first... ;)

Yes I think a touch up could be done easily and at least the part is plastic so won’t rust. Just bloody annoying.

Has anybody tried the rubber trim yet.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

I’ve just got a 21 plate Puma, and noticed this on the drivers door in exact same position as the photo someone posted above. I have spoken to the dealer about it, waiting on a follow up. Now I realise it’s a known issue, I assumed they had damaged it themselves.
