Well the date is here but the car isn't. surprise

Ordered mine Sept 21 still no car . Dealer says off prod line but held with shortages ...what is missing - I have no idea. No date forthcoming and just a line saying War in Ukraine casing the problem . Is this dealer mumbo jumbo to keep the little lady quiet?

Hi all, new to the forum have been following for a while. Ordered my Puma ST line auto in November, was given a date of April/May and have heard absolutely nothing. Called in at dealership over the weekend, who told me that the car isn’t even built yet and the factory is closing for a couple of months due to Ukraine war. They say some of the components for the entertainment system are made in Ukraine and that the factory has been bombed. Has anyone heard anything similar? Can’t find anything on internet. Now given a date of Aug/Sep. What is going on?

The Ukraine manufactures wiring harness for many manufacturers and this is what has been disrupted.
Ford have shut down the Russian factories, obviously, but, no mention of Romania being shut down....Yet.

It's all keeping used car prices high....But, not good for awaited orders.

Thanks Sparks for the information. Looks like the prices of both used and new cars will be increasing. Just have to be patient.

Got a shock email from Fords today wanting the docs signed as the car is due in next week.....fingers crossed
