Ello everyone,

I just got an ex-demo base model Puma in "Race Red" with the upgrades apart from the park pack. Got it heavily discounted with just over 3,000km on it (1864 mi) at $27,990 AUD (about £15,070). It's the 1.0l ecoboost turbocharged non mild hybrid version, as we can't get the mild hybrid here in Australia (might be too hot here.. lol). No drain plug in the megabox, but we do get a space saver spare in there instead with a cover, so we get to use some of the space left. Came with massage seats, auto lift gate, scuff plates, roof rails - so it was pretty well kitted for a base model. As it's ex demo it's been used as a loaner car for people getting services and test drives. Managed to get its first service included in the price. We're pretty happy with it so far... kids love it too.

BTW I'm from sunny Blackpool originally - my wife imported me. :)

Anyway - here it is where the opening scene of Mad Max 2 was filmed, where another famous Ford featured:

The difference in price might be because you can't get a mild hybrid engine here in Australia, though the brand new drivaway base model (without extras) is $33, 456 / £18,000. I got a pretty good deal I think, though the majority of people here drive large 4X4 diesels to go out bush in, so most people might not even consider a front wheel drive light SUV.
