Awaiting delivery of my frozen white first edition 155.

It'll be farewell to my Mk.8 Fiesta ST

May be I'll be waiting a little longer if my airbag is a fail..... 🤣

Cheers...

Hi. Thanks for the welcome.

No idea is the exact answer. Car is in Liverpool and on hold until the air bag fix is implemented. Originally I was due to accept the car this week.

The bulletin reads as though it's a mechanical fix rather than software. Presumably this would take longer.

I'd be interested to know if any current owners have been contacted.

I now have a few more days of droning, jarring, fun in my ST until the final chapter of me and hot hatches is complete.

Have they registered your car by any chance?
As I was expecting mine 2 weeks ago and have now been told it’s delayed due to the safety recall but they registered it on the 31st Jan which I am not happy about given all the delays

No. Unregistered as yet. Though a plate has been allocated. Finance date has been set for the 21st. I was hoping not to have to make another payment on my current car....
