Hi All,

Had my Ford Puma for nearly a year now. Today it has gone in for its first service. The mechanic said that screeching breaks were normal after 10,000miles on all Ford Pumas. Is this true? If so surely that is pretty poor quality for all pumas? Any thoughts welcome.

Thanks,

Total bollocks, don't accept that rubbish, ask to speak to the service manager and get it sorted 👍

It's not the first time a Techanic has spouted BS...I have no idea why some of them do the job, they just aren't interested in solving problems.

Easy option for them I guess but problems are like boomerangs they're just going to come back and smack them in the mince pies 😉😁
