So, the long wait begins. New build ordered and due September ish.
2nd hand prices have gone through the roof and cost more than new
in some cases. Eventually loaded ones are now approaching full fat ST prices.
Slightly worried about all the negative posts here re the car

Welcome. as BjNtheBear says sorting niggles is the reason most forums exist/start, and that's what most of the problems have been, niggles. The upside of the internet is you can research your purchase, the downside of the internet is you can research your purchase....
If you can find a car forum from any manufacturer without complaints and problems......Good luck...
Suffer the wait and enjoy the car when you get it.

You are right about prices! I have bought mine new in the begining of June, now we are in the 2nd half of July and new Pumas in the same spec as mine cost about 350 GBP more here in Czech Republic.. And there is only 1 new ST-Line in Ford warehouse in stock that is about 500 GBP more expensive than mine, again same spec..

Congrats! The cars are nice but like any motor they have issues. I suppose I could have not joined here and I would have missed the issue with the rear discs, meaning by the time I realised the dealer would be blaming my driving style.
Best to be for-warned and armed with the issues before they become major problems.
Out of interest has your newbie got rear discs? I read somewhere on here that Ford might be sticking drums on the back now.

That's what I'm hoping for. All the niggles will have been sorted by now and everything will be good (for a few months at least
). No idea if the rear is discs or drum - it will be the first thing I check out when it arrives.
EDITED - looks like drums on the rear

I believe it is only the 125 ‘s that have rear drums.

The car I "build" was a 155. Perhaps they use a standard pic for both.
