Has anyone had to get a replacement Sport Contact 7 tyre for their ST as though mine are fine, it concerns me they seem to be pretty hard to find from a quick look online and if I got a puncture it would be nice to know where to get one.

Actually ASDA don't, they do 235 and upwards. Most places don't seem to do them.

I’ve used oponeo quite a few times for tyres in the past. They come from Germany and arrive pretty quickly. They’re a mail order only though, so you have to organise fitting yourself. Not a problem if you’ve got a local trusted tyre shop? :D

Won't use them again after last time their monkeys were let lose on my car. Had an Abarth as my daily work car and first they put different size tyres on the rear to the front so it looked like a dragster. Next, they didn't notice this. When I told them they dropped the alloys face down whilst putting original tyres back on. Finally their HO did everything they could to worm out of paying to fix the damaged wheels.

Pick a different garage at checkout?

Also, curious as to why you'd pick the continentals over the Michelins; the Michelins seem to be the better rated road tyre.

I didn't order the performance pack as "I" do not feel the car needed it. Without the pack, the car comes with Sport Contact 7 tyres which which 5000 miles under their belt are giving me no cause to complain / pick different ones.

Just picked up my brand new Puma ST with the Performance Pack today. Noticed it has Sport Contact 7s rather than the Michelins I was expecting.

Is anyone clued up on this?
