Well after a chat with my local Ford Dealership looks like I’ll have one of these on my driveway sometime next month it’s in the country somewhere all I know it’s got the performance pack but that’s all the spec I know.. photos ain’t the actual car but one they’ve had in… it’s just the wait now..(I don’t own the photo’s)
Ford Puma ST2 Gold Edition ...Agate Black/Build Date 14.2.2022
Nice...I was looking at one myself but the premium price I didn't think was worth it and no pan roof available. However, iv been looking at prices and found that AutoeBid are selling it for £29.219 on the road. That is a great price!

Very nice but the stripe/decal over the car looks half finished as if they've run out of materials at the rear spoiler, personally I don't like that but otherwise it looks great
Ford Puma ST Line X 155 Desert Island Blue
Had a look at the Gold Edition today. My dealership offering to swap my Green ST (pay the difference obviously). They have two.
Numbered build plate inside near the hand brake leaver - an early low number and one of 999.
So what do I think? Well okay I guess. But not a stand out. Gold decal strip stops short of the rear spoiler! ST badge has a black out line and kinda fades in amongst the black paint. Wheels okay but nothing special and not as nice as the grey machined cut alloys. Love the very nice near dark door sill scuff plates. That's the best bit.
Looking across to my own Mean Green ST Puma. It the Gold Edition just doesn't standout from the crowd.
Pull up next to the Gold Edition, you may not notice it. Pull up next to the Mean Green ST and hey like it or not it hits you in the face.
But here is the thing, the seats, oh dear why on earth did Ford stop fitting the Recaro seats.
Are the new seats comfortable, oh yes they sure are. But within seconds you instantly forget your in an ST. It just doesn't feel right. The Recaro's are a sporty snug fit, I love em. The new seats well they are nice, look good, but make the car feel oh so dam boring.
Oh and by the way the car I looked at, had a Varta battery from new.

Saw one 2-3 weeks ago between Huntingdon and St Ives, didn't like it.
Puma ST Agate Black
I am sure some will like it especially as it is a limited run. (1000 across Europe?) But no not for me. Black looks brilliant when clean and shiny, but not so when dirty. My main issue is the new seats, they look really nice, they are comfortable, loads of adjustment. But it just doesn't feel like your sitting in an ST or RS. Notwithstanding those new Puma ST's owners who have em will love the car no doubt. The Monkey Man wrote: ↑Mon May 02, 2022 11:11 am Saw one 2-3 weeks ago between Huntingdon and St Ives, didn't like it.

My dealer asked me if I was interested in the Gold Edition a month or two back....I'm afraid I'm not a fan, especially of those wheels.

You can't have a pan roof and it's £3000 more for not much more. What has it cost Ford to produce over the standard performance model........
Not worth it.
