Hello,

I've installed this:

I didn't like the shape of the standard one, so I've bought this one for about 230€ (Amazon).

It looks really cool and sounds better than the standard one, but still isn't noisy, just a more aggressive grunt.

No performance improvements, it's a standard silencer.

But doing this kind of modification wouldnt void the warranty?

What about legal implications?

I would like to change the exaust and maybe add a down pipe but im sure the latter is illegal in my country

Not sure what country your in.. But yes possibly and all depends on max noise db limitations.
Plus it could affect emissions levels depending on how far the modifications go?
As for warranty well that depends on your dealership and what and why you need to make a claim. If the modification is the cause of some type of failure or bad workmanship then you're on difficult ground!
