Vehicle is on dashboard message

When I start the engine each time I blip the accelerator I get a message on the dash “vehicle is on” which lasts a couple of seconds

In my mind this has only started appearing recently and can’t find any mention of it in the manuals

Am I going mad and this has always been there?

Does it have any significance please?

Is your door open at the time? I usually get this message when I've stopped, start/stop has engaged and I open the door to get out with ignition on and technically car still running.
