Dull thud......

..... coming from the car, this is a weird one, sitting in the car with the engine off I heard a dull thud, thought at first it was a football against the car but there was no one around, casually mentioned it to her indoors and she said the same thing happened to her the previous day, strange.
Don't know where it's coming from but it seems to happen just after a wee run and it may just be something contracting when cooling down, not sure if I should be worried, anyone else have an issue like this?

Only noise I get is like a system shut down after the car has been switched off for a short time and not sure if the blower vent flaps close within the Ventilation system ?

Try getting in your car and press the start button without foot on clutch see if the noise is the same on system start up

Plausible if I wasn't parked at the two times this has happened it's spooky
