I have a recall notification showing in Ford pass for a TCU update. Do you?

Nothing showing on my Ford pass app.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

I have nothing showing for mine and even checked Ford Etis for mine and nothing there. Guess you are the lucky one :D
But its showing a TCU update is available so it might be working through the system as i know your car is one of the earlier ones ;)

Rob are you able to expand field service updates in etis for an explanation 21C12?

Yeah that must have been from when I asked them 'nicely' to update all the modules showing on etis... 😄
