@Wdf76 No service alerts on my app or on ETIS. I do have plenty of software updates though.

It's a bit confusing as to what's updating what.

I would ask my dealer but they're busy rising rapidly up my sh*tlist at the moment.

21C12 - eCall software issue - Safety recall.

It only affects a certain build range and you must be one of the lucky ones.

mmmm - I had an e-call alert flash up a couple of days ago, but it had disappeared before I had time to
a) read it properly
b) panic
Is there any way of finding out if I'm one of the 'lucky' ones?

I’ve had the e-call malfunction warning appear a number of times in a cellular dead spot near home. Maybe the cause of yours (especially if it was only once and fleeting)?
