why were the shocks replaced, could it be it was partially seized so giving a very stiff ride and that is why your suspension now feels soft or did it not have any resistance

@DesertIslandBlue, do you have a picture of your Rear Left Spring QR code?

I did an screen shoot of the video I did to check the Shock Absorber Part Number and it was enough to read it:

Screenshot_20210501-191010_Gallery.jpg

Result:
BX726 L1TC-5560-BEA 20/07/22 13:12 GRE3B

My guess is:
- BX726 => Generic code for PUMA SUV
- L1TC-5560-BEA => Component Part Number
- 20/07/22 13:12 => Build date of the component, it makes sense as my car was built just 1 month later
- GRE3B => Specific component unit ID

If you have or can take a picture (or video screen shoot) of it, I can translate it and post the value.

Thank you,

I take back my question, as I was able to find out that it is the expected Spring.

I found the information in:
- https://www.rexbo.hu/suplex/futomu-rugo-10491
- https://www.toprezervesdalas.lv/razotaj ... x/16659384

Confirming that it is the OEM's Spring and that it's the expected one for the "vehicles with sports suspension".
