So checking the Sync update site I've been offered this file today SYNC3_889892161_Update.zip it's 890mB

I wonder what's changed......watch this space

It's a pity there is no txt file on the zip that documents the changes. Google doesn't produce anything sensible for either SYNC3_889892161 or Release 3.4.51.

I have a new 8.2Gb map update pending (it'll have to wait), but, nothing else - So far...

Nothing for me either…If anyone has it down can they list the files and I will try and see if I can match the files to the version or post the version if they have it installed.. Cheers

I'm now on build 20351. Took about 20 mins for first part, key cycle then second part of install.
Only things I can see that have changed at mo is the audio screen, I'm sure it's had a refresh.

I've uploaded log file and it showed as no update required on refresh, Ford have maybe upgraded the ZX 81 they used ? ? ?

I’ve been offered the update via the website (have downloaded to install tomorrow)

But OTA check for updates says it’s already up to date (but car still has build 20136)

Guys,

May be a daft question, but are sync updates done from the car whilst connected to WiFi or do they have to be downloaded onto a USB and then plugged in?

I’ve not really got my head around the sync system other than using the radio and the navigation a few times. I do know I’ve set it to auto update (or similar).
