Pre-Collision Assist detects vehicles and pedestrians in the road ahead, or who could cross the vehicle’s path, and warns you of their presence. If you don’t respond, the system automatically applies the brakes. This technology is designed to help reduce the severity of accidents, or help avoid them altogether, and functions at speeds of up to 50 mph.

I have only seen the warning once so far. The car in front was turning left and the system decided I was too close as I accelerated away to pass it!

Small orange circle top centre (of analogue instrument panel). Had it a couple of times when someone's pulled in close in front of me...

Mine went off a couple of times today (Digital dash). It caught a van on a tight bend and a car which was turning left....

a bit like the opposite happened for me today
coming off the motorway with adaptive cruise set at '70' ish it 'should' slow down approaching traffic stopped in front of me
needless to say it didn't and a lovely red sign saying something along the lines of adaptive cruise failure came up - with a picture that looked like two cars crashing just to make me feel better
thankfully i managed to slam the brakes on but it was a little scary
unfortunately now I can't trust it as much as I used to
waiting for it to happen again with right foot hovering over the brake...

Not really what adaptive cruise is designed for imo.

Mine has come (the dash warning) on twice when cars have pulled into parking bays or bus stops to my front left

Mine comes on now and again but, as I said in an earlier post, I’ve never had the brakes activate, as for adaptive cruise, I always turn it off as I exit a slip road...
