To be honest, none of us should be worrying about this, let alone trying to fix it. Ford should make sure that the car is fit for purpose.

Sparks is right. Batteries are more complex than ever these days so let the experts deal with any problems. Should be warranty stuff for all of us for a good while yet, it's all about finding a sympathetic dealer as opposed to the pathetic ones.

It seems problems aren't restricted to the hybrid. Someone commented on my tweet that their petrol was experiencing issues too

Yes it affects the ST (non hybrid)

I think I'm going to join the club on this issue. Just had it popup last night on my FordPass app.

I don't think it liked 5 mins use of the AC. If it reappears I'll be calling the dealer.
