There’s another FordPass pro update on iOS today

Version 1.21.2

However it won’t update on iPhone or iPad, other apps will update ok though, has anyone else got this issue please?

My Ford App keeps crashing when looking at the MPG report. The Pro version (which I use most) is working fine and has recently been updated on Android.
Ford Puma ST-Line Vignale 155 Automatic.
Driver Assistance Pack. Power Tailgate etc. etc....Frozen White. 🚷🚳
Wireless Android Auto. 8-)
Previous Puma ST-Line X First Edition.

Updated fine on my iPhone XS and iPad Pro 12.9 to 1.21.2.

On my iPad I was able to delete the app and reinstall

On the iPhone I had to also log off/on to the App Store before it would let me reinstall

Mine (the pro version) just updated without issue on iOS.

ITunes Store was a bit flakey this evening on both my iPhone and iPad. Got a message that “iTunes couldn’t process purchases at this time”. Went away after a few attempts and was back to normal.

Thanks. That’s the sort of thing I was getting. Though for me persistence didn’t work

Given how slow the watch app is I can’t say I’ll miss it much tbh

I only really use the phone app now to check I remembered to lock the car (also to use the remote start on an icy morning)
