The journey tile has gone from the Driving Data section of the app on my phone. But for me it has still recorded every journey I've made in the Puma and my Transit Connect since "disappearing".
When you have completed your journey and turned off the vehicle, my phone shows me the notification "driving insights available". I've just clicked on that to see all the journey data, just like it has always done.
Having said that, once you've looked at it, there doesn't appear to be any way of looking at it again.
I've got some big miles to do this week, so we will see if it carries on.

I still find the app very useful.
My car is parked for five weeks at Manchester meet and greet. I can see they moved it early yesterday, probably to let another car out. However it’s been unlocked since.
I’m tempted to lock it but then they might know of the battery issues with modern cars and have just left it unlocked just in case.
I’m sure it’s safe and I know it’s their responsibility whilst it’s in their care.
Maybe I should just switch off for the next four weeks

So important to know it has actually been recorded. Without the old fashioned hard copy service history, you can at least check up and been certain (or not) of service history evidence?

Anyone else got a problem with lock/unlock icons on their android devices, my galaxy is only showing the bottom half of the icons so can't make out which is which

Home screen is showing activation pending once an "authorised user" approves your request???
It's as if because I've reset the password it thinks that I'm a new user, anyone else had this, been pulling my hair out

Maybe it is waiting for you to reactivate it in the car. I would try connecting it via usb and open FordPass on both App and Sync.
