I've had this on several occasions. It seems to be a comms/server issue at Ford's end. Close the app down and try later. It always worked that way for me.

There is also a new version out , make sure you have the latest

What is the new version id.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

Yes, that's the latest.
