If its on IPHONE you have to let the app have access to the movement data , I would suggest removing the app rebooting the phone and then re-install and allow access to all options when you install the app

Ok you might be able to activate it manually, open FordPass select my account , settings and there should be an option for journey recording under that

Does anyone else get an email to say “a new user has logged in” every time they open the “pro” version of the app please? (Iphone)

I have just checked and it is set to automatically record journeys via Applink. The description states that journeys are recorded when connected by Bluetooth or usb. Reading the whole section it looks as the phone is used rather than sync3 to record the journey

I regularly keep an eye on new versions of Sync software that Ford release to the servers and it seems that there is a new version 20282 that seems pretty much a release candidate to fix a few issues. Not sure how long it will take to go via the official route but i might give it a go whilst we are stuck indoors

I used the method multiple times on my Ecosport without issues so do tend to trust these guys.

Great just done an update for the Ford Pass App on my iPhone and getting this...🤦🏻‍♂️ It will not load after pressing Accept keep’s saying “Sorry,something’s not right” but doesn’t say what... 🤷🏻‍♂️

It updated on my iPhone without any problems. Mind you I didn't get the (updated) terms screen. Have you tried deleting it and trying a fresh install?
