Ford pass app

Just got a message from Ford pass saying sorry for technical issues we may have experienced but it's all fixed now........ except it's not, I still can't access recent journeys within the last thirty days, also when clicking on the more button (brh corner) only search new cars is coming up?

Not much point in having a connected car (well Ford anyway) atm.

Very hit and miss. Yesterday’s journies not recorded. Today only one out of two.

I made 5 journeys over the last 2 days, they all recorded. First time in months!

FordPass 4.10.0 GBR iPhone 13 Pro 15.3

Even though we don’t expect to much from this App, it is starting to drive me crazy with the what’s new start up page. Even after you acknowledge it with the “Got it” confirmation it never goes away!

I even deleted and reinstalled the App, no difference. It’s the same on my iPad Pro.

Apart from it being flaky I uninstalled it, too many trackers...

Still hit and miss for me. Both journeys today have recorded. None yesterday yet I did three. One on Sunday (seems I’m still in the pub having lunch).

Anybody tried the new? FordPass community? If you search for Puma you get zero results.

As announced, RIP Journeys. It was working Thursday and Friday it’s gone.

For me it was the only reason I regularly used the FordPass App. I know others don’t use the Journeys but I will miss it.

I think the most important aspect of Ford Pass App. Is the ability to check service history.
So important to know it has actually been recorded. Without the old fashioned hard copy service history, you can at least check up and been certain (or not) of service history evidence?
PS.......the App allows the owner to download vehicle Service History.
