Car Back from the dealers today dick of a service manager said thought we'd explained how to do it last time I was there I replied your sales manager came out to show me and he couldn't get it to open that's why it was booked back in... had the car most of the day then a phone call saying it needed a software update and it was done and ready for collection and it works faultless now needless to say no service manager around while i was there collecting it.... "DICK"
