Hi all

Has anyone else noticed the centre console hot to touch after having heaters on ?

I noticed today on a 25 mile journey with the heater only
on speed 1 and on the windows that there was some heat coming from the centre console and it was hot to touch ?

You mean the touch screen? Yes, it gets warm anyway, but, the heaters make it warmer. I guess it's no different to any tablet that is constantly working.

The heating pipes run inside the center console. The heater matrix is also there, so it'll get warm occasionally.

Centre Console gets red hot when air con is on. Noticed it back in July car finally going into Ford on Monday after 6 week wait, they tell me getting Specialist technician in to fix it, they think it’s a problem with a vent.

Ok. That sounds way too hot then. Hopefully they'll fix it asap!
