Going through Fordpass via the SUV and all is up-to-date.
I'd try https://cyanlabs.net/ford/ but my luck I'll get a black screen of death as mine is an 07/2020 build.
Ford CRC say visit your local STEALER but I think it's more of Ford SYNC Server issue, NOT car related.

But yes it seems strange as definitely thing its a Ford back end issue. As my dashboard shows a map update but when i go through to the update page there is nothing there anymore. ( I have already upgraded to F9 maps via the official Ford method)

Just been on the phone to CRC and there maybe a Technical Resolution to my issue.

Same here. Updated OK and uploaded the resulting XML file (a couple of times) and it's still offering me the same upload 2 weeks later. It shouldn't be that difficult to do this stuff
