Sync software update !!!

I’m trying to update but just get an error message every time when trying to download the file, prepare sync download from the Ford website.

Is anyone else having the same issues and how to resolve?

Never seen this issue , i would suggest trying again as would say its the Ford servers or maybe if you have some antivirus software on

The last sync update I had was November 2020.So I'm still on 20136 build and F9 maps. I log on to Ford regular and always it says software is up to date. Anyone else in the same boat.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

I find if I scan for updates via SYNC3 on my home WiFi give it a few days on the FORD website and voila!

I found out that if you use the US site https://owner.ford.com/tools/account/ho ... -date.html it seems to know what version of sync you are on and you might be able to get an update from there. No maps but it might help as it seems the UK site is not quite as up to date as the US

Checked it Rob and it gives me this:-
'A software update is available. You must visit a dealer to install this update.
Your SYNC system will be updated to SYNC3 v3.4.20351'

I tried to put it onto a USB stick, but, it won't do it and insists on a dealer visit.....So, I won't bother.. :lol:

That's strange mine just says mine is up to date so i don't have any updates

Your SYNC system (SYNC3 v3.4.20351) is up to date.

Wonder what version yours is on / i am using edge on a windows 10 machine
