Mines been up over a month with no map movement, I'll ask for it to be done when it goes in for everything else. Just waiting on the Surround sound results before booking it.

Ah, got it thanks. Looks like I have APIM, BCM, IPMA, PCM and TCU updates available!

IPMA is the speed dign, MASSIVE improvement when i got that update

It's actually booked in for next week to have the IPMA done (and a few other bits) so will ask them to look at all the updates.

That's assuming it goes ahead as we've just gone into a "firebreak" lockdown for 2 weeks here in Wales. Last week the dealer was saying it would be fine, but we'll see...

So, just had dealership update my APIM and I now show the map update. Definitely shows the customer portal site isn't working correctly!

Fantastic news! - Mines in on the 26/11 for this fix.

Out of curiosity, how long did it take them to apply the APIM?

About an hour max. TCU is along one apparently. Sitting in waiting room watching it update on ETIS.
He's offered to do the map update but I'm happy to do that on drive home. He's popping g it on USB for me

Sounds like your Dealer is more helpful / willing to apply all the ETIS updates than mine.

What's your reason for the PCM & TCU updates?

I've not pushed for the PCM, think they need reasons. Dealers been helpful as my case manager has been calling them direct.
Apparently 'any' Fordpass issues will justify the TCU update
