Has anyone's parcel shelf hooks snapped off? I've had my Puma a week today, as I was reattaching the shelf one of the hooks snapped off.

The other one also feels very flimsy.

Will this be covered on the warranty?

I had removed the shelf from the hooks, it snapped when I was reattaching it to the hooks. Sorry if I wasn't clear in my OP

Probably not a warranty issue as such, but I would take it back and insist on them fixing it.

No idea how you gents have managed to do that. It's just a little u clip that the shelf slots into and ideally stays attached to the car. It does say to support the clip, I guess you pushed down too hard. To be fair that's my style... All brute force and ignorance.

Agreed, not all dealers are born equal, but where there's a will there's a way...

Ask the dealer if it’s fit for purpose.
