It appears that the building quality is not great and this is an issue of what its problems will be in the near future. I wonder if the problem arises due to the factory is being built (Craiova).

Out of curiosity, how are you sure that the headlight is the problem and not the bonnet?
Could it be that right and lefthand drive cars are being build at different factory,s
It seems that most people with build quality issues drive a righthand drivers car.

Here in Holland i haven,t found one , but i know some people here who drive Puma,s
And i haven,t heard complains about Build quality.
But maybe the dealerships here have more eye for detail before they deliver a car to the customers

Quite possibly, but bonnet, wing, front grill near side wing appear aligned. Adjust the bonnet and it would loose alignment with the offside wing and front grill.
