Scuttle trim.

Dealer is saying the scuttle trim is “all secure and ok compared with other vehicles”

The rubber seal keeps folding behind the wing. Anyone else have this?

No. Just been and looked. It's a really fine margin though, I can manipulate the seal and pop it down into the wing (like yours). I would question your panel gap.
