How daft is that statement from Allen Ford...

Your car is telling you there's a problem through the app. May be a drain on your battery.

They investigate and bill Ford. I don't see their problem.

Have you wired anything in yourself?

No mate,I've had a problem with locking and unlocking the passenger door for a week or so and the deep sleep mode been on my app for about 4 days now

Screenshot your app just in case the fault disappears.

And feel free to use another Ford dealer. I would pal.

Is there anything showing on the sync or the car to say there is an issue ?

No mate only on the app and passenger door not unlocking or locking

Mine is doing exactly the same thing.
Passenger side lock/unlock from the door handle has stopped working.
Also my app is telling me its in power saving mode each time I drive it.
I've got to book it in for a few things so I'll add this to the list :roll:

Mine has been in the garage since thursday and still no answers why this is happening

Yes got a courtesy car and this is the the only thing it has gone in for

I would get them to check if there is any software updates for the BCM module ?
