Can’t unlock from passenger side
Well mine went in for two days. They charged the battery overnight because it registered 25% on their tester when it went in. I pointed out that surely a new car with new battery should be able to maintain a charge. They charged it overnight to 100%, updated the PCM with Ford's latest revision and sent me on my way. After 13 miles and 20 minutes driving I got the Deep Sleep when I got home. Next day when I went back less than 24 hours since a full charge the test showed 48%. New battery on order
The Deep Sleep syndrome.
Mine has suffered the dreaded sleepy mode almost since day one and two weeks ago it went in for a two day check and software update. They've ordered a new battery but strangely since the visit it hasn't gone to sleep, the passenger door locking still works and I've had no phone app messages.
I had a look at the configuration and now know why there's no warning - they've turned it off!!!!
Here is a photo of the screen and as you can see the warning is set to off.

It was an update pack that Ford sent the dealer. I'm getting a new battery next Tuesday and I'm told it has to have the Battery Condition Monitor reset to the new battery that's installed. We'll see what occurs and the battery still reads over 12.5V when I've checked. I believe however that's only 50% charged.
That's why I'm getting a new battery. The mechanic said batteries aren't as good as they used to be. The Romanian one is not as good as a German Varta that used to be installed in Fords. Interested to see what brand Ford have supplied. Mine loses 50% in less than 24 hours if the car isn't driven
You could disconnect the battery overnight and measure voltage the following morning. At least you'll rule out a drain through one of the cars systems.
I had deep sleep mode once during lockdown. Ford pass alerted me to it. I had not started or moved the car in 3 weeks or so.
I have not had any issues since.
