Anyone noticed the buttons on the steering wheel getting warm, more so the cluster of them on the left? Not weather or outside temperature related.

Anything to do with your heated steering wheel?

If not may be bad wiring insulation on a switch.

Are you sure the heating off the steering wheel isn't on ?

Yes, I am sure the heated steering wheel isn't on. It is the actual bank of switches on the left part of the steering wheel which get rather warm, not the wheel rim itself. Probably need to book it in for the garage to have a quick once over. Thanks

On a long run last week noticed the buttons getting very warm.my wife has a fiesta and the buttons dnt get near as warm as the puma.

Just thinking out loud.... Do you both have a heated wheel with hot buttons?

mine doesn't have the heated steering wheel. Dnt think the buttons should be near as warm as that. I'll have a chat with the dealer next week about it
