Is local hazard info disabled? Can’t get it to switch on in settings, greyed out.

Car added to Ford pass etc?

I’m guessing it’s all tied in with not having the WiFi hotspot too, car is added to FordPass as have happily unlocked and locked the car using my Apple Watch

I've not set WiFi hot spot up and mine works. Even displays hazard info on the dash when connected to a.a.

Is your live traffic working?

Live traffic can be switched on, but hazard info greyed out and tab won’t move. Haven’t tried live traffic to see if it works tho

Live traffic works

If you look in ford pass/glove box/subscriptions it'll show live traffic and hazard reporting. Both should be enabled for 2 years from date of purchase.

I'm sure when I set up the other day I had to consent to data sharing on ford sync to get hazard info to activate.

Have you tried chatting to a ford pass guide?

Only shows live traffic, no hazard subscription

Have emailed FP, back to dealer tomorrow as PCP paperwork needed updating owning to selling my old car rather than trading in
