My guess is you have active braking set to display in the driver assistance settings. It may be called pre-collision assist.

Why do you want rid? It’s an aid to inform you when you are getting too close to the vehicle in front for the speed you are doing.
I think it’s adjustable when you have cruise on - hit the button on the left hand top of the cruise buttons. It might even remove it completely but I can’t remember.

With distance indication ticked in pre-collision assist.
Untick distance indication and it disappears.
I have to say the camera on the new iPhone 13 Pro exceeds my expectations
