How is the master reset done.
Puma ST-Line-Vignale 155 manual, magnetic grey, DAP, electric tailgate. New in December 2021.

I did a master reset and no change. I tried the install again. Took 1 hour and then screen went blank. When it restarted it asked did I want to install the update for maps, Grace note, etc. I pressed yes. It did something for another hour and then reset itself again. Waited and then it seemed to start from the beginning again and after another hour I got the same screen as before asking did I want to update the maps, Grace note, etc again. I gave up in the end.

Just checked the Ford update website and mine is saying there is a maps update of 8.7gb. Wonder what this is?

And now it's vanished and says everything is up-to-date?!?!

Just noticed a 22.6GB update for mine. I'll let you know how I get on.

Not going very well with the map update 22631091778. 22.6 GB.
I've dowloaded it four times. Unzipped it and every time the file DOTINDX.MSA is missing. Never had this issue at all before.

Anyone had this problem\missing file issue?

There is no DOTINDX.MSA on the map update
