Car has done everything OTA with confirmation etc.
Just checked on my account and now there is another 8.6GB update showing on the webpage.
If I recall that's the 8.6Gb map update that was showing best part of a year, in error, ignore it. I would suggest and sorry to say this your maps are not updated to F11. In fact I would go as far to say that you need to check on screen your current Sync version. I suspect it isn't 3.4-22110
which you must have before you can install F11 maps.
I'll have another look. But the Sync is deffo 3.4-22110. I did it about 4 days ago via USB, hence why I got the map update.
In that case that's completely bonkers... Sure looks like you have lasted maps etc software.
I suggest you simply ignore it. It's not unlike the last time when we got similar results having downloaded and installed F10.
Have you double checked directly on your vehicles Sync system on automatic updates for "latest software updates"
If thats all okay then happy days I think.

Hi Rays1
Just done a check for software updates from the car. All appears to be updated!! Go figure!
2020 Puma ST - Line X First Edition - 125 mHEV - Race Red - (Released back into the wild)
2023 Puma ST - Frozen White - Driver Assistance Pack & Powered Tailgate - Machined Magnetite Wheels
Trying to update Sync and keep going around in circles.
USB stick formatted correctly. Files transferred OK. USB plugged into car. Update runs fine. Stop car and do the key reset thing. Message pops up saying everything completed and stick can be removed. Back to the PC, check stick, .xml file is there. Upload that to the website. "Successful" message pops up. Wait a few minutes then check website again so I can start the maps. However, it tells me that I need to update Sync . Tried this twice and same outcome. Have even deleted the .xml file and used the interrogator to create a new one. No joy. On checking what version of Sync the system had - its the latest version.
Any clues on what to do. Thanks.

Occasionally it takes some time for Ford site to register that you've done the update.....wait a couple of days and try again.
Ford Puma ST-Line Vignale 155 Automatic.
Driver Assistance Pack. Power Tailgate etc. etc....Frozen White.
Wireless Android Auto.
Previous Puma ST-Line X First Edition.
did the update which took around half an hour - no problems. my only comment would be that its pretty crap not being able to see the progress of the update, or even that it is actually working.
now I've done that, if I want to update maps that will take 80 minutes apparently! nowadays I don't do any journey that lasts as long as that. it would be nice to update maps, but as I tend to use google maps I don't really have need to so won't be bothering.
FORD PUMA ST-LINE X VIGNALE 1.0L ECOBOOST 125PS 7 SPEED AUTOMATIC - LUCID RED

You could try OTA (over the air) so long as you can connect to your House WiWfi.
What's is there to loose?
