Re: Service book

From what you guys are suggesting Ford's paperless vehicle history system is far worse than the old manual log book. So much for advanced technology when it relies on the service desk to input the data. At least with the old service history book, customers had visibility and a physical record and w...

Re: Service book

Only the PDi at the moment for me. I had a courtesy one on paper but nothing uploaded. I guess they’ll have it on record somewhere as it’s their best interest when it goes back in 2 years. I can see on ETIS the technician did a software upgrade too. From what you guys are suggesting Ford's paperles...

Re: Tyre pressures

Pressures on sticker inside drivers door B post, I think mine are something like 32 fr 30 rear for 1-3 people, just did them the other day and forgotten already.
My Bmw used to loose approx 1-2 psi over 6mths regardless of temp, have blown up the Pumas approx 3 times recently.

Re: Pay 1st service in advance

Mike, where did you see the Ford Assist increase to 2 years for new cars. That would bring it into line with Ford Direct vehicles. It was something that the Ford person I spoke to mentioned, not sure if it is something they are planning to do or is in place now possibly due to all the confusion wit...

Told them is was part of the service plan took out so he is double checking. Thinking it is a bit late now...

Re: Pay 1st service in advance

not sure if it is in yet but Ford did say they are looking to do the 2yr assist from new to cut out all the hassle with some dealers doing it and others not, evans halshaw apparently stopped it last year as a group but will add the 2nd year if customers create. I cancelled my check, saves me a coupl...
