Try Youtube, usually plenty of videos on there but maybe not of a Puma. You could also ask a Ford mechanic.

Search the forum first then record audio and video of the noise so the dealer has somewhere to start from.

Hill start is very useful and start/stop is also a good feature, especially for city/rush hour driving.
