Anyone with half a brain is going to buy used EV's..A one year old EV will could be 50% or more less than when new.
As for battery warranty, If I wanted and EV, wouldn't worry about it. Toyota have batteries still running perfectly well after 20 years.
All that said, I don't want one yet...

Sorry, but I fail to see any logic in the practice of running down fuel regularly to zero and below, regardless of tank contamination or not.

I can do it on mine, but I don't as it does drain the battery in the Puma which it doesn't need any help with.
