Having just spoke with my garage about the missing Surround Sound, they have been comparing mine with one of their demo cars that has it. With a build date of 22.01.2020!

My local dealership has had the car for the last 2 days , and have spoken to Ford TS who have told them as it was an early build it wont have the option and there is no way of retrofitting it. So someone has been lying from ford , i am now trying to contact the CRC again and see what they say as it...

Stopped working twice today and just sat on “30” until I stop the car, switch it off open the door and lock the car. Then when I restart and move off again it works fine

To answer your first question, it would appear from members posts that if the hybrid battery runs flat, the car will need recovery.

Only a guess, but from the wording, I’m assuming the connectors on the 48volt mhev battery need checking for tightness

No news from Ford CRC have emailed them several times but no response ,even sat on the phone for another 30 minutes in the hold queue again. I have the car booked in a week Tuesday as the garage said they will take another look. I think i will try to escalate my case with the CRC but having issues ...

Strange why it says that Steve. Just checked mine and it shows the expiry date but nothing about cancellation pending. Sorry to hear you are still having problems.

Hard to see what the difference would be between Track and Trail. If they aren't going to do a 4WD version it all seems a bit superfluous. How many of us are actually going to take ours off road (and I mean proper off road..) :lol: I think the track means as in a track day. Like a step up from sport.
